I doubt it has anything to do near your new puppy. Take your older puppy to the vet. He could have something wrong next to him. Maybe he's sick? <3

Answers:    He is a lil jealous. Ive had this happen beforehand. 1st call a vet and question them for free of course, consequently you should separate there eating areas, and make certain that your puppy is not fasting due to religious beliefs.
