I hold a dog that will not munch through can someone please minister to?
He is 7 months old and will not eat cat or dog tin meat or biscuits he will not eat dog roll and he will not get through food that we eat expect chocolate biscuits and chips what can i do any ideals and i'm loss as never had a dog like it

1)Tou should have him checked by his vet
2) You should stop giving the pup anything but dog kibble (he is training you) dogs can jump up to 4 days with dog kibble in front of them and hold out for your food. THEY WILL NOT KEEL OVER AND DIE
(3 No people food set aside kibble 3x per day leave it out for 15 min. then pick it up at the subsequent feeding put the food down for 15 min pick it up and so on . puppy WILL give in and drink what you offer .
Just hold on ond don't look directly into the big eyes,you should be fine.

Answers: I guess you miserable he won't eat anything EXCEPT (expect has a totally different meaning) chocolate biscuits and chips. First of all I don't believe a word of it. Dogs do not starve themselves to annihilation. Secondly you should be a bit smarter than to feed your dogs chocolate biscuits and chips even if you have not nonetheless hit the double figures age wise.
First NEVER give a dog chocolate. It can be toxic.What he is currently eating is not school assembly his nutritional needs. He will eventually get sick from vitamin deficiency. Your dog have you well trained. Get a good quality dog food and put it down for him. He may choose not to chomp through. That's ok but do not give in. After a while your dog will understand that the buffet is over.. A nutritious dog will not starve himself rather than eat dog food. it may take somewhat time but he will start to eat. Good luck

Is tin meat the same as wet dog food? My dog will not guzzle that either. Maybe your dog is not eating dog food because he's sitting around waiting for you to feed it fries.
Stop feeding your dog chocolate immediately!! Chocolate can take out! Dogs are lactose intolerant. You will be so surprised at this. All you have to do is heat up the dog tin meat that you have. Not too hot, but only just enough so that the smell is really noticeable. A lot of dogs won't eat what they can't really smell. Get him a top rated dog food at PetCo or maybe PetSmart. A 7 mo. old dog should not bring any chocolate at all!
If he eats some or all of his food later give him a treat, but not chocolate! It very well could shoot him!
when the dont eat normally it money there is somthing is wrong, and the animal should be taken to the vet. small dogs tend to be really picky eaters to, if its a small dog. um have you tried regular dog food? similar to what type of food was the dog eating before next to its previous owner? sometimes a dog can be stubborn and only want to eat what nearby use to. but all in all psyche put out some dry dog food and water and when it gets hungry enough it should munch through. but if he or she hasn't in a couple of days go to the vet for oblige! and make sure there drinking marine as well!!
