Is it ok whether u whoop your dog whether he/she does wrong?
I whoop my dog if she does something wrong it works sometime because if she does something wrong i put my hand up and point at her she get stiff and waits for me to move her but my teacup maltese is sooo stubborn but whooping her is the only way she learn basically
but when i whoop her she starts to not notice me more and not love me like she used to

NO its not good. it makes them listen but it makes your relationship horrible. they will with the sole purpose fear you, not really love you.
Take her to a trainer and tell them your problem. you will get within trouble if someone catches you, and the marks you brand now will effect them in the future, cause more suspicions. its animal abuse either way and should not be done.
