My dog have have diarrhea for 2 days presently..what could be the problem?
"D" is a symptom of a serious upset. Vet check.
Let's assume for the moment that your dog hasn't eat anything poisonous or weird.
Diarrhea can be caused by Giardia or other parasite, which can be diagnosed by your vet beside a simple test of a stool sample and can be cleared up quickly next to the correct medication.
Be sure to give your dog fair water to prevent dehydration and feed it a bland diet (I'm not a big fan of Science diet but they own something called ID for dogs that have intestinal disturbances.
It's time to get your dog checked at the vet - whether the problem is a parasite, it's not going away by itself and your dog will get weaker if you loaf.
hi,
If diarrhea is the only symptom and it goes away in a day or two, it's likely that your dog simply ate something he shouldn't have.
here's a treatment:

take him to the Dr. asp .
Check to see what kinds of foods you are feeding the dog. I'm not sure what the problem could be but you should pop in your veterinarian. They will know what to do. Good luck! :)
depends on what he ate have lots of water in a bowl for him, dont agree to him get dehydrated. if it persist take to vet good luck
Diet, an intestinal infection or worms. Make sure she is getting plenty of hose until you can get her to the vet. vomiting and diarrhea cause dehydration.
If it's been 2 days, make sure his/her diet is not of a unbroken bunch of people food and try to stick to dog food.
However, I would recommend taking it to the Vet. because it could be something a little more serious.
Also, is your dog running around fine? Or is it slowly walking around with no zest?
How aged is your dog. What other symptoms does it have? Diarrhea as in humans can range from not serious to existence threatening.
His diet. :D Has he had any fruit recently?
Take it to the vet instead of wasting precious time on the internet
Ate some weeds I don`t know? When my dog has this I boil some rice and hamburg together and give only that for a couple of days. Works every time.
the problem could be his or her diet,
maybe try different foods
hope i help :)
Answers: Did you change his food? Has he eaten anything out of the ordinary?
At the 2 year point
I would definitely take him to the vet - better to be safe afterwards sorry.
Last time my dog had this problem, the Vet told me to give him water near sugar in it to prevent dehydration. Also, to have him fast for 24 hours and nurture him rice and steamed chicken for the next few, gradually re-introducing his regular food.
But honestly, take him to the Vet!
food? i would just progress to the vets
I would take your dog to the vet along with a sample to theory test. I just had the same problem near my dog and she ended up having very large bacteria levels and required antibiotics.
ate something bad?
