My dog have some sort of ear infection ?
let me start by sayn that I am so broke that I dont even have the rent money which I would gladly spend to appropriate him to the vet. if I had it. so telling me to lug him to the vet isnt helping.
he has dark spots inside one of his ears(not actually round spots but section with a dark film)
his ears have no odor but he seem to be irritated by it and wants to scratch it and shakes his head alot.
nowadays I cleaned his ears out with a vinegar water solution and it seemed to get hold of better for a little while.
I have read up on the internet and some suggest colloidal silver. I enjoy no experience with this product so I am weary of trying it.
an answer from a vet or someone with adequate compassion to point me in the right direction would be great.
I am currently in early med college so I am not foreign to medical terminology and practice so Im not totally ignorant when it comes to diagnosis and such.
any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately you need to get a diagnosis and have his ear flushed.
I know you don't want to hear that but it could be a yeast infection or mites and as you know that requirements to be determined. You could search a vet med site for ear drops, they are usually inexpensive, like 8 dollars (probably cheaper than colloidal silver) whether you happen to diagnose him right yourself.
Is there a vet school within your area, perhaps you could take him within there for free or a very small fee so they could examine him. Not certain if they do that but dental school and massage arts school do so its worth a try.

if it is ear mites then clean them polite and add 5-6 drops of extra virgin olive oil surrounded by them for 5 days
Answers: If you can't afford rent and vet bills, give up your internet, sell your pc.
That'll obtain you some money, and save money too.
If you need to use a computer and internet you can always travel to the library.
If you can't afford the medical care your dog needs, surrender it. Don't get another animal until you afford the things it wishes.
