My Dog is alarmed of foot ?

We got a puppy Westie Female in Janurary, she was 10 weeks infirm when we had her, she is a pedigree and has come from an authorised breeder !
The problem is She is scared of foot, she absolutley poos herself when someone walks heavily on the laminate, or if someone trips and bangs their foot, or even if you move your feet suddenly.
When my little brother is putting his shoes on he sometimes bangs his foot to receive it in properly and she hates it, she hides beneath the table !

It is not that she is scared of the loud noise because if we drop anything on the floor she doesnt bat an eyelid, its merely the feet that she is scared of, could anyone give me any belief of why she is scared of feet!!

Thanks
you say she is not scared of swish. I think she is.
this happened next to my dog when we first got her, she was about 12 weeks mature, and terrified of feet. we found out later that the artistic owner (of the mother dog) had kicked the puppies when they wouldnt stop barking so maybe it's like with yours
Answers:    it's possible she was kicked or stepped on as a puppy, but to be exact VERY strange! XD
my dog has an obsession with knees; whether he sees anyone's knees exposed, he licks them. i have no perception why :P

if you want to help your dog get rid of her apprehension, expose her to feet as often as possible, preferably while you do enjoyable things beside her, such as playing with her barefoot, or stomping your feet on the ground while you give her treats or her dinner. this should associate foot with positive things, and hopefully cure her fear.
I suggest some training classes your local pet smart offers some puppy classes or chitchat with your vet they should be able to recommend a trainer.

early socialization and training should backing a lot to give her more confidence
Some breeds of dogs are very timid and do not like sudden noise.

However and sadly, even though your puppy was only 10 weeks elderly when you got her; she may have been kicked prior to mortal sent away from her mommy :(
Your poor doggy. I think she was traumatized and may have be kick or something. Try taking her to a Specialist.
It's possible that she had her own foot stepped on by your foot many times and that's why because that's what happened to my dog and he's scared presently.
wash your feet that may lend a hand
