your dog may have have a seizure. this can cause them to become completley different. you should get him medical attention immediatly
Your Dog might be in Pain and that's why he does not want you to touch him.He requests more veterirnary attention and if you can't offort it you have no business have a dog .it is not fair to the animal to suffer bacause you can't offort help for him.
go to a vet.
Get your dog to a vet asap, in that are nonprofits that help with med bills.
Answers:    Oh sweetie, let me just warn you that you are going to achieve crucified on this thing. Many people will judge you or enunciate you shouldn't have a dog if you can't afford to take perfectionism of it, etc. But you sound young and I know you care give or take a few your dog so try not to pay attention to that.

If I were you, I would get some books on intuitive health care for your dog. Do a search on Amazon or run to your local book store. Research as much as you can about boosting your dog's immune system. Remember that a good human-grade food is essential. A lightly cooked, natural diet is even better but it can get expensive.

Also, you should probably consult a trainer. If you can't afford to take him to training after get some books on training as well. Remember you can always jump to the library and check books and videos out for free!

There may be a humane society location that will be willing to see the dog and make a diagnosis for a discounted price. Call around and see whether there is anyone that will help you. You may even try some calling some local rescue organizations (do a explore on petfinder.com) and see if anyone can give you some suggestions. I believe you can find help for him but you may inevitability to go the extra mile.

Good luck! Big hug to your dog. :-)
