My dogs stool have be massively misty. So see, it looks black. What is this & why? Is he okay?
black tarry stool is an indicator of blood. he needs to be seen by a vet
keep an eye on him. make sure he is acting okay, and preserve an eye on his poo, too! dark/black could indicate blood but don't panic. just keep an eye out and whether it persists, maybe call the vet.
