My king Charles puppy is salivating?

My 7 month old King Charles is salivating so much that my bed was wet this morning. Never happen before. It is foamy and thick. She doesn't seem sick. Ate a dog treat and her muzzle is wet. I am concerned but hope I can safely wait til the morning when the vet is surrounded by. Checked my pet book but did not see anything that matches her problem Help!

Well, today is Sunday. If you are concerned please see a vet at an emergency clinic. Please do not try to self medicate, you could product things worse.
