Answers:    Please find a second opinion, I'd go to an emergency vet clinic TODAY. Please get hold of the poor dog off of Eukanuba, it's crap. Feed a high quality food. I similar to Canidae.
She may have some sort of intestinal blockage that the cat laxative aggravated. The vet gave you the laxative for a cat, right? NOT for a dog! Here's the problem as I see it

1) She was smaller quantity than 3 weeks old when you separated her from her mother, took her home and started feeding her an ADULT food that didn't hold the natural nutrients of the mother's milk. Since pups should never be separated form their nursing mother for a minimum of 8 weeks because the need the mother's milk that long, then the pup have more than likely developed digestive disorder(s) because she hasn't had the proper food and wasn't allowed to nurse long enough!

2) You own been giving her improper medications (cat laxative) minus having a proper diagnosis, and proper medications. Home remedy treatments by clueless owners usually results surrounded by thousands of puppy deaths each year.(We both know the vet did NOT prescribe the Cat medicine for your puppy!)

3)You own not even been feeding the dog a puppy food. You've been giving it an mature food.

My suggestion to you is to get her to a different vet, (one that knows what he's doing) and be honest with him nearly how stupidly you have been feeding and domestic treating the dog and what a ridiculous treatment regimen the other vet prescribed. If the vet can save it, and get him through this crisis, then you necessitate to take the dog immediately from the vet's office to a rescue shelter and endow with them the dog, and tell them you don't know how to take care of it, and nearly kill it, and that you don't want that to happen again so you're giving the dog to them.
Maybe your cat will be better, It appears you might be a cat person; you're certainly NOT a dog human being.
Do you lug your dog into PetSmart next to you?   Can siberian huskies live within thaw climate areas such as Norht Carolina?   Why do some dogs love to devour cat poo?   Why do dogs (in general) sprawl on their posterior, growl and accomplishment foolish?
