"Curb Your Dog" What does this miserable??

Ok, so I don't own a dog. My neighbor doesn't own a dog. But I walk by the neighbor's house every day and look at signs all over their sward saying "Curb Your Dog". I don't understand this. Please explain! I'm sure it funds something other then to put a dog on the curb! I'm not simple but this sign makes no sense to me!
it means you should control your dog and pick up its poop
I've also heard the expression, but am not quite sure of its significance. I've got a vague idea but I'm not certain if it's correct so I'll have to influence idk. I think it has to do with not letting your dog relieve itself on private property. In this grip your neighbors lawn. Take your dog to the curb to let it do its business. I know that you do not own a dog.
Control your dog.
it means to keep your dog past its sell-by date the sidewalk when it poops, put it off the curb so it poops in the street then the street sweeper will verbs it up
Answers:    It's not a very clear phrase, but I hold experience with this from living in a suburb where this phrase is in fact law. It means that when your dog defecates (aka "poops") it should be on the curb-side of the sidewalk, rather than on the grass. It's basically a matter of common sense and courtesy. Obviously, your neighbor posting such a sign doesn't fetch the weight of law, but it probably means other dog owners own allowed their dogs to poop on the neighbor's lawn, which in turn prompted him to put up the sign. The best thing is to own your dog poop on the curb, and then clean it up with a plastic baggie and dispose of it surrounded by your own trash can.
Move your dog from their land . If they do relieve themselves clean it up
When you tramp your dog and it has to relieve itself, you are supposed to position the dog in the gutter of the street to do its business.. The gutter is the unit of the street right next to the curb.
Scoop their poop.
