"One within the box and one on the floor" uncharacteristic puppy toilet practice?

I have a seven week old puppy who for her age is quite very well toilet trained. She knows to pee/poop in her toilet box and seems to own understood the 'no pee no play' rule. However one odd thing is when she is alone for longer period of time (such as O/N or when we're at work), and needs to poop more than once, the first one is often in the box but the moment one is always outside on the floor.

I thought it might be stress that we aren't home and she forgets or loses control. I also thought that since we aren't domestic to praise her when she uses the toilet, she gets confused and tries somewhere else. But then I'd expect similar problems beside peeing, and that doesn't happen.

I understand she's only seven weeks and doesn't own much control, and there'll be accidents. But since it's always 'one in the box and one on the floor', she seem willing and able to use the toilet properly. She just seem discouraged from using it more than once. I thought of getting her a larger toilet, or even two toilets, but thought that might teach her to eliminate over a larger area, which would be doomed to failure news.

Any help appreciated!

after the first one the box is dirty - therefore unusable in her mind (how repeatedly do people back out of a publis rest room stall with an unflushed toilet)- try two
Its possible that once she has pooped in the box, she just doesnt want to run back into the box, as its 'dirty', does she poop close to her box when not in the box? If so, then this is probably the plea.
Answers:    This puppy is too young for you to enjoy. A reputable breeder will not let a pup go before it's at smallest eight weeks old. You need to take the pup subsidise to the, probably a backyard breeder, for a few weeks.
