Recently my feminine dog have be doing what seem to be not genuine yawns? Why?
When a dog yawns a lot- that is usually a sign of stress, try to numeral out what is stressing your dog out, and talk calmly & pet her to let her relax.
Some dogs of late get nervous about little things similar to people, so don't feel bad that you might be cause stress on your dog.
It's what is referred to as a soporific signal. It means your dog is stressed by something or your dog is trying to calm you or someone (something) else down. Perhaps something have recently changed in yrou household? If so, that something is making your dog uncomfortable and upset. I recommend checking out the book "On Talking Terms With Dogs: Calming Signals" By Turid Rugaas. It will explain this surrounded by a lot more detail.
Yawning can be a sign of stress.
Excessive yawning is a way for a dog to relieve stress and anxiety. When I take my Great Dane to the vet, she yawns all the time, because it's an self-conscious situation for her.
Answers: Excessive yawning is a sign of anxiety and stress. Yawning is helping to release anxiety. Best way to release this, is to have a tired dog. A tired dog is a happy owner! Exercise!
Does she act resembling there is any pain in her jaws? Maybe ask your vet.
I would guess boredom. Maybe she needz more play-time or walks.
Possible signs of stress. What is going on when the yawning takes place?

Haha I think my dog fake yawns sometimes too - he looks at me, then open his mouth like he's going to yawn, then stops. I don't know why he does it, but I guess its because he's bored :D
