What are the unyielding lumps on my dog?

I have a overweight 8 year old lab. mix. This past year I hold noticed some lumps coming up on him. the ones on his Belly I suspect could be fat but he also has a ample one on his nose which resembles a bad bee sting. It has be there for at least 9 months I don't think it's growing, and he doesn't give the impression of being to be in any pain.what could these lumps be?
Anything from fatty tumors to the material thing to ? Please go to the vet, and get it checked out.
you should see a vet or whether you are 12 or something tell your mom or dad because this may not seem like alot but it could turn out to be something worse.
Answers:    My lab is almost 11, and we in recent times had a whole bunch of fatty tumors removed from her body. Initially, the vet thought that they wouldn't cause a problem. However, we spoke beside the people who own the mother our Lab and they said that she had the exact same things and that eventually they opened up and weren't a biddable thing for anyone. So, the vet removed about 15 total of the tumors from her body. They were on her stomach, cheeks, legs, underarms, and sides.

I would recommend taking him to the vet and getting him checked out, to be exact the only surefire way you're going to know how harmful they are.
