What are you getting your dog(s) for Christmas?
We are getting Scout(our yellow lab) a squeaky toy and a bone for her stocking. We get her a plush squeaky toy every Christmas. She rips them up so fast. But she loves running around squeaking it for the hour it last.

I am going to burn my Baccardi and my roommate dogs special dog treats and I haven't really thought of what else I'm going to do for him. It's still 26 days until then, I have time.
I have three dogs and for Christmas I'm going to get them respectively a "doggy cookie." They look like the cookies that we eat, but they are actually really scrumptious dog treats. You can get them at stores where they sell dogs, or you can even find kit to make them or recipes online. I would suggest these to anyone. The dogs really delight in this tasty treat.
Answers: All my dogs have stocking with their names on them which are hung on the mantle.
The stockings contain foreign squeeky toys, CET chews, and dried meat treats. Everybody usually gets a new coat or dress, collar and leash, or holiday bandana too - I own 5 dogs of my own, plus a foster right now.
My own dogs are really funny = they know what stockings and Christmas are, so they try every which way to look into the stockings, from standing on end table and chairs to climbing on the fireplace step - but they're dachshunds, so they can't get up high enough and own to wait until Christmas, then they have closely of fun digging into their stockings.
I also give toys and treats to ALL the foster dogs our rescue has in the Florida nouns. Some of them have never had toys or treats before and they certianly deserve presents from Santa too - along beside good forever homes.
These aren't for Christmas, due to we don't do Christmas, and the dog doesn't guardianship about Christmas anyway, but she'll be getting more pigs ears, dentabones, etc. due to she's almost out:)
I'm getting my black Lab, Harley, a flexible frisibie, nylon rope that flosses her teeth, a new training leash, a boz of her favorite treats, a cute bandanna, lots of tenis balls and a roomy bone. I have to buy all of this with my allowence. yay (said sarcasticaly). Harley is impressively spoiled and I love her very much. Don't think she doesn't get treated resembling a real dog though. We live on a LARGE peice of land and she gets to run around and see other dogs too. Give your lab a hug for me!
I will probably make them a bucket full of toys!

My dogs are a Yellow lab/rottie mix(Duke) and a Rottie/GSD/Husky mix (Dakota)mix!
We're getting them a big orange pillow to go infront the the fire place for them to lie on. It's to replace the infirm blanket that they use now.
We usually pick up a pre made stocking full of toys from Petco. Its pretty cute!

If you want to bring back her something that will last... get her a wubba. these toys are practically indestructible. My pug can really demolish a toy... but it takes him a few months to hurt these.

But I am going to get her a big raw bone from the butcher and give it to her a few days since I go.

My brother has a black lab and has found that tennis balls are durable and appear to keep him entertained. They do get concerned of slimy after a while though.
My two Dobermanns are given impossible to tell apart thing to avoid conflict.
So two large pre congested Christmas stockings & two postmans leg huge rawhide bones.
one of thos HUGE rawhide bones like 2 feet long,a bacon sirloin, and maby a rope toy or some fancy food. we also purely bought her a new bed and a chuckit

My dog is a chow-collie mix and she LOVES squeaky toys too! I get her a rubber squeaky ball thing and she already found it and loves it. She also loves KONGS when I fill it up near peanut butter
