What do i do beside my propose pit bull, im worried she might bite?

I got my dog when she was 11 weeks old...she be sweet then. Now shes really mean towards other animals and strangers. I have another dog whom ive have longer than the pit and shes really sweet. But my pit bull is jealous of her, she tries to take her food and sometimes they fight over that (drawing blood).

She also have killed a small kitten that has gotten into our yard.

She have almost attacked our outdoor cat, i had to pull her absent from biting our cat.

She has killed and eaten opossums

I'm worried she might bite a party, when i feed her she goes crazy overly obsessed next to the food, eating without chewing.

What do i do? Im beginning to be afraid of her. (Shes an outdoor dog so shes not contained by the house hardly ever if that matters.)
Find a Dog Behaviorist or a Dog Trainer in your area! You would be surprised, how much a dogs behavior changes and improve! It sounds like she has not been trained or socialized around population and other animals!
Wow... just put the dog down. Your terror is completely reasonable, and if you don't do something, she will bite somebody.

[edit] Don't take her to a "no-kill" shelter - they wouldn't adopt her (breed and temperment). The fact that you are beginning to fear her is adjectives the evidence you need. Don't wait until its too late. She could attack you, she could attack the meter man, she could eliminate some kid who walks by your yard.
Being "mean" towards strangers...sounds like she wasn't socialized properly. You need to spend more time with her and work beside her on this and her other issues. You might not ever completely break her from killing animals that get in your courtyard since she's an outdoor dog (she considers the yard to be her's), but you can make her safe to be around. It'll of late be more work now because she's (I'm assuming) grown now.

Get in touch next to a trainer on this. You can't bring her in for classes with her acting like this, but she requirements training. It won't be cheap, but it might save her life and it'll definitely product things better for you.

If it turns out that you absolutely cannot handle her, the best thing you could do would be to rob her to a no-kill shelter or a rescue and explain the situation.
I have a Pit bull too
and yes she use to get into fight sometimes with her pack.
But not so much now . I allow her to socialize more .
Some one here answered with the Dog Whisperer -I used some of his technique and it worked .
If u live surrounded by N.Texas I'll take her
what are you waiting for a child to get bit or killed. get rid of her.
Well First you should get her fixed Spay/Neuter i don't know which one it is i obtain confuzzeld second of all You should get her trained embezzle her to some obedience classes sounds like she has no manners and tramp her alot Every Day so she can get all that extra gusto out of her. If she still is agressive then get a Dog Behaviorlist to help you out. Its not much but thats adjectives i got lol
She is an outdoor dog never in the house and if she is as desperate as you say she is, . Well you are not gonna like this but, YOU failed the dog. You made her the course she is by not properly training her, socializing her.

This is one of the reasons we hear about dogs biting people exact they get thrown out in the backyard. With no interaction.

Put her to sleep, do not let this dog become headline. There are sound Pit Bulls out there that can be saved and shelters/rescues don't hold to worry about behavorial issues.

Having dog aggression and prey drive is a dog being a dog.

If she is going after strangers specifically not to be tolerated at all. Human aggression is a NO! Not being socialized to people be a huge mistake.

Do NOT pass your problems onto someone else!

A behavorist and such that is an option also but whether you are afraid of that dog now you always will be.

You will have to devote seriously of time to it. Not ignore her out in the back courtyard. If she is not altered that may or may not help. But the dog aggression will not go away but it can be manage.
i would imediately buy a muzzel and as much as i can`t bear these a choke chain or the safer variation of it. i would try obediance training with the muzzel. or stir study up get a few books to try. i would keep her seperated from the other dog. if worst comes to worst afterwards you might have to put her down. the thing is with dogs once they enjoy drawn blood tasted it than that is basically the cessation they are aggressive but if you think she i trainable try it why not. i think you should look up victoria stillwell I don`t know her book will help i am not sure but she might have a website that will assist
Try getting her into and obedience class. The best one would be a one on one with a trainer instead of a group course (at first anyways). Other than that I am not too sure. I had pit bull that I got when she be a baby and she became very aggressive when she get older. We never beat her or anything like that. We loved on her and showed her affection but it be in her genes. (NOT ALL PIT BULLS ARE LIKE THAT. They way the parents were raise effected her. I have had others that be never mean). Anyways, I had to put my pit down because the training did not help. I currently have another pit that I enjoy had for 5 years. Her parents were raised all right mannered and she is too. She behaves better than my beagle as far as not chasing other animals or barking. I hope this helps.
Answers:    I agree near Crazy 100%. You have failed the dog, this is entirely your fault.

The dog is an outdoor dog, so it's blatant that you enjoy not socialized her with other dogs or with people. The removal of socialization is what has caused this aggressive and dangerous behavior.

It DOES issue that the dog is NOT in the house. Dogs belong with the pack/family, as naturally social animals, they thrive rotten of interaction with their pack members. You are depriving this dog.

Find a dog behaviorist/trainer in your nouns if you actually want to solve the problem you brewed.

You are a prime example of the truly dangerous monster at the rear the dangerous, yet misunderstood dog.

Do you capture your dog a Christmas present?   How much does it cost to fix "cherry eye" surrounded by a Cocker Spaniel?   This one's be bugging me for years... Could a fox possibly breed beside a dog?   Even though the "no dogs allowed" rule have be around for ages...?
