What dog food do you nurture?

What dog food do you feed? According to this website http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/dog_food_...

What rating is it? How many stars?
I hold fed my dogs Iams for years. Starting with the puppy food and now we are on the food for smaller amount active dogs. It was supposed to reduce their poop compared to other brands. I hold always stuck with the same brand and enjoy generally had very able-bodied dogs.
one of my dogs I cook for a specific condition he have and my other eats merrick senior medley which is a 4 star.. biggest issue is, the first ingredient is chicken not chicken meal which resources despite the fact that it is the first incredient, once you remove the water in the chicken it would truly show up lower on the list. Meal means the protein minus the water so it is a truer worth of the protein. Of course Meal on a quality brand is a good thing,,, suppertime on a cheaper brand is not.. usually it is not even specified what type of protein just says meat lunchtime or poultry meal.
Canidae All Life Stages - 5 Stars
Merrick, Innova & Wellness.
Sorry, I no longer click on links people post. Twice I have be bit.
Our pets need quality pet food. Read the ingredients list and revise what the stuff on there is and what it does (or does not do) to/for our pets. A quick pet food 101. If the pet food contains corn/corn products or by products it is a poor quality food. Corn is a filler that can trigger skin problems. (allergies, skin problems, itching and excessive shedding) By products is anything from an animal not fit for human consumption, including cancerous tissue. Do not wages attention to advertising, they all say in that food is great. "Vet approved" means they have a vet on staff to approve their product. In other words, someone paid to approve it. Same near foods most vets recommend. Salesmen "gift" vets then the vet recommend the food. Most vets are not nutritionists! Quality foods have meat as the first ingredient. Wellness, Solid Gold, Innova and Merrick are a few of the best brands available. EVO Grain-Free, have used Canidae Grain-free in former times and my pets do well on both. Have looked into Orijen, and I like Eagle Pack and Innova, but I prefer foods with no grain for dogs and cats.

I also add raw muscle and organ meats and untouched meaty bones. You wouldn't believe what fresh food will do for your health!
Our 9 mo. old Mini Schnauzer is thriving on Wellness Just for Puppy. She's reached her adult height/weight very soon so when this bag is gone we'll switch her to Wellness Core. Just For Puppy is 5 star rated & Core is 6 stars.

I could care smaller number about dogfoodanalysis. I feed what my dogs to well on. Just because something be given "5 stars" by someone, does NOT mean it is great for all.
Merrick All Life Stages-5 star
EVO...but within the process of switching because the protein is too high for my dog...he's bouncing off the walls!
