What is the best food brand to bequeath to a shiz tsu--sometimes he doesn't put away but once a daylight what shall I do?
When my dog doesn't eat, this is what I do. Put high-ranking quality dry food, mix a little high characteristic canned w/ it, add warm hose down, mix and, I bet he'll eat that.
stay absent from "premium, vet recommended foods" like science diet and iams. the vets only recommend that stuff because they are sent freebies, and "premium" is relative.
look at the sticky label, if you see the words "corn, wheat, gluten, homogenized, byproducts, BHA, BHT, or MSG" put it back.
anything by "Natura" is good.

my favorite is evo, i nurture my finicky mini poodle the small bites red meat evo with a little wet food mixed within, it's all he'll eat. it has a meatier flavor than most pet foods because it is completely no particle. but be sure to switch slowly though as it is very rich. another benefit is the high protein formula allows you to confer him real foods whenever you want with out upsetting his tummy! my poodle once had three hamburgers and a hotdog next to no problems! and he used to have a 'sensitive stomach" (it was a family reunion and every one kept feed him when i wasn't looking, lol)!
ps- don't stress too much about him eating once a day. most dogs individual eat once a day. my dog used to wait adjectives day to see if we would give him anything better. but he'd get through his when it became clear that i wasn't sharing my sandwich.
