What is the most overweight dog you hold ever encounter?
What breed was the dog? How much did it weigh?
We have a 55 lb Bichon Frise that comes into our groom shop. It truly is gag-worthy and a horrible thing to see.
When I was walking my dog i couldn't believe my eyes, there be a beagle who was, well lets see almost 56-65 pounds no kidding! oh well good luck on what ever you are doing! :)
a friend of mines rescued a black lab when it be a puppy but the previous owner gave it to much treats so it was obese, when it be 2 years old it was still obese and couldn't walk far in need stopping, i felt sooo bad and my friend tried everything to make her dog joyful. but then a couple of days later, the dog died. i miss her so much but i know she's in a happier place and is probably not obese anymore and good. i feel so bad about obese dogs
The most obese dog I've ever seen was a chocolate labrador who, not even humour, could barely even lift itself off the floor. It be sickening. I don't know how much he weighed, but I'd go with AT LEAST 90 lbs, whether I had to guess.
A Golden Retriever that be close to 200 pounds, no joke. And just the other day I saw my friend's Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, whom I haven't see in a while -- the poor dog probably weighs twice what she should, easy -- and she's merely 2 yrs old! =(
My cousin is a dog groomer,and she used to own aGolden Retriever that she would groom and it weighed 140 lbs. It was so fat it be unreal.It only lived to be 8 years old because it's back legs give out and it had to be euthanized.My vet told me about a Doberman that someone brought in that be 240 lbs!! It could not walk and it's spine was severely damaged from the weightiness.The dog could not be saved. People are just stupid.
hmmmm, Snickers was somewhat overweight. she was only supposed to be 85 pounds, but she be like 90.
the fattest i have seen is a Shih Tzu that weigh 48 pounds.
gross. she lost all the weight, she now weigh at a healthy 18 pounds lol
I saw a 155 lb Golden retriever at the vets. It couldn't stroll =/
Luckily I know responsible owners, but on the internet there is a dog like a shiba inu, that looks approaching a barrel, its aweful.

this dog is massive.
i dont know the usual weight of golden retrievers but this dog has to be at least 60 to 80 pounds over solidity.
it is HUGE.
I saw a milieu sized mutt that was so fat that when it laid down on its side, it couldn't put its legs together.

My friend posted this on a message board.. Luckily the dog be saved and actually it looks like the counterbalance kept her alive in this situation... But 50 pounds overweight for a Border Collie. Sad story because she cant stand up. She has to drag her hind end.
