What type of things should i carry for my puppy besides food and some treats?
toys approaching rope toys or stuffed toys chew toys kongs etc. go to petsmart and let your dog show you what toys she/he likes. they say aloud puppies shouldnt have raw hides or things resembling that.
1.) First and foremost I would recommend a crate. One just big adequate for him to stand up in, turn around and lay down. You don't want it too big or they can learn to potty in it. NEVER instruct your puppy it is ok to potty in your house i.e. potty pads or using newspaper.
2.) Next I would recommend a apt book that teaches who to positively train a puppy. Good BASIC house manners are a must.
3.) Grooming tools appropriate for the breed are highly recommended... brushes, nail trimmers, things resembling that.
Answers: bed, crate, chew toys, leach, collar, general first aid kit

... it's a book - I'm not certain I spelled it correctly - but get it and read it as fast as you can.
While you can always train your dog - at any age - you solely have one chance to get it right right from the beginning. You and your dog will have a much better relationship if you train him ably from the beginning.
Good luck.
