Whats the issue next to my dog?
this morning he was making a weird sound close to he was trying to breath but his nose is blocked. im very worried can someone minister to.

That's how dogs sneeze! They generally do it about once per second maybe 10 - 20 times contained by a row, and it sounds like they are choking on something. Then they just stop. If he keeps on doing this, possibly he is allergic to something in his environment, or maybe he has inhaled a foxtail. You inevitability a Vet to help with that.
If he really was choking on a bone fragment or something similar he would be coughing near his mouth open wide.

he could just be sleeping and dreaming or whether it keeps occurring it could be kennel cough or distemper. I'd suggest you have him checked out

Answers: He could be having a reverse sneeze. It looks like they are heaving, and sucking in nouns their nose, sometimes their mouth, then it's probably a reverse sneeze. Definitely seek medical counsel, just in case he get something stuck while sniffing? My Basset has a reverse sneeze, and I only hear him do it once in a while, and once he's done, he's fine and act like nothing ever happened.
