Whats the difference between an olde english bulldog and an english bulldog?
I want a bull dog but it seems the shorter they are the more health problems they have. i no american bulldogs are the elevated ones but i dont want one that tall. I think the one that is surrounding substance size would be good for me. but i dont know the diff between them both. does any one know of a site that could help me out, or do u have any info on this ? thankfulness
English Bulldogs are a medical wreck.
I too am a fan of the Olde English Bulldog, but as was already mentioned they're cross bred and hard to find.
The American Bulldog is the healthiest and most budget friendly pick.
English bulldogs are the short version that have been bred, they have aquired some through health problems and are now so far from where the breed originate that they have to have a c-section to give birth. Olde English Bulldog is the attempt to try and attain rid of the major health problems of the English Bulldog and recreate the breed to the Original old style of the Breed Origin.
Answers: "Olde English Bulldogges" are a mixed breed, apparently developed to recreate the original Bulldogs that used to bait bulls before the breed was bitter into a college team mascot.
They are not purebred, and they don't breed true.
I don't deny that Bulldogs are artificial, and have be tweaked to the point that they lack any athleticism. But your best bet at finding a healthy one is to buy from a responsible breeder. You might want to find a few on the following list that are surrounded by your area and discuss their health testing protocol.

I have a olde english bulldog. she weigh about 70 pounds and she is taller then the english bulldog, if you are moving then the olde english is better for you. They do have some health problems but aren't as unpromising as the english bulldog. The thing is the olde english bulldogge gets to be the same size as the american bulldog. If you newly goggle olde english bulldog's then some info should come up. if you have any question then just let me know, and i will minister to you.
I conjecture the correct names are the :
American Bulldog tall copy
British Bulldog shorter version
These are two different breeds and if it is the smaller Bulldog you require then google British Bulldogs and examine the pages come up there is thousand of them.
I know of a very well-mannered site but i'm not sure i can post it as it infringes something or other. If you want more details then contact me. And no i do not breed Bulldogs.
