2 Fish In A Little Bowl...?
Ok so here is the problem...I got 2 commons (my daughter won them at a fair) so I brought them home and put them in my big cistern with my 1 yr old Sarassa.well they attacked him and kill him :-( So to protect the other little fish (a fantail and a black moore) I took them back out. Well the only thing I hold to put them in is a small fish bowl that only holds like 1 gal at most! The fish are approximately 1 1/2 inch each :-( This is bad...I know.so my question is is here anywhere I can safely let them go or what should I do beside them?? I don't have another tank and I don't get compensated til next week...what can I do with them until then? Do you guess they will make it in the bowl until then??
you could try calling a couple pet stores around and see if maybe someone will take them bad your hands, if you don't really want to keep them.
They would be better in a colossal plastic storage bin or bucket. Just make sure it's totally clean and hasn't have detergent etc in it.
That way you can give them 10 or 20 gals and they can live surrounded by that for much longer.

Answers: Yes,they will be ok within a bowl only for 1 week max max. But remember to dechlorinate your water, hope your other fish are ok!
One gallon bowl will be okay for them, but a short time ago a week. When you get paid, give them a proper domestic.
