About cooked veggies for my fish...?

I have 11 fish ...4 diff kind of damsels, 4 clown, 1 foxface, 1 yellow tang. 1 coral comeliness and a green chromis. What do these kind prefer? Is it safe for my 90 gal. tank. Do they approaching fresh or cooked lettuce? I do not want to upset the tank.

Answers:    Raw is better. Be sure to clean up doesn`t matter what is left over so your tank doesn't go discouraging. Maybe secure a piece of raw lettuce from the top of the tank so you could remove the disappeared overs.
