Babies still alive..?
Ok I just bought this really pregnant( or it was really swelled, but it looked like its stomach be going to explode) yesterday, So i moved to to a seperate tank, and it died today.. I want to know if the babies are still alive contained by the mother because it was at its last stages in pregnancy.
What type of animal was it? If it was a fish it may not be preg. It might hold been bloated with sickness and that is why it died.

If the fish is unmoving the babies are dead too. It was probably just poorly and looked pregnant.

I doubt it was pregnant. The swelling was probably due to the disease that killed it.
Just flush it. they are diseazed by in a minute being in the body... not good for your vigour!
Answers: I reflect you bought a fish with dropsy, a disease which bloats the body to scary proportions. The fish usually dies as a result of the disease.
Maybe it had a doomed to failure taco.
