Betta is especially stressed?
I put him in a new container because we're getting a tank 2morrow..and logically the tank needs to be cycled out so he'll have to stay surrounded by his new container for awhile..
He drank water and breathed when I put him in his topical container (has better water temperature for him) but not an extreme change
i put his tree and rocks
but in a minute he is sitting near surface of water.not moving his fins
if i move his container he moves, drinks sea
but that's it...hes not that respsonsive..is he just trying acclimate to this new change.or is he approximately to go to the big aquarium above?
(before you all yell at me, my dad bought him and wouldn't even procure a tank so i'm trying my best to keep him healthy/alive)
what can I do for him?
He is probably just terrified. Leave him alone for a while and see if he starts acting better. Whenever I clean my bettas' tanks, they do matching thing.
He's probably cold, or bored with have such little space.
Try to keep it as warm as possible around the container, and make certain to clean it often.
your beta is probably simply scared that he is in a new environment he should be fine after a few days.
perfect luck with u and ur fishy!
Try some stresscoat..the water you put him in may not hold been conditioned. He does have to get used to it though.
Answers: HE IS HUNGERY OR ADJUSTING I KNOW BECAUSE I BREED THEM
buy him a bigger tank so he can move more freely, but whatever u do, DONT PUT ANOTHER FISH IN!
