Can i append another 10 fish to my 65 liter container?

I have a 65 liter tank which has constantly almost 20 Guppies in it (breeding and dying). At any one time i only have around five fully grown guppies. Would i be able to add 10 neon tetras to this tank - in attendance already is a large clump of java moss for Fry to hide in
Your pretty much stocked as 65L is about 17 or so G

I would have to say forget the tetras. Not enough room near breeding guppies in the tank.
Answers:    You are already at maximum stocking level for such a small tank so no more fish for you especially until you sort out the dying side of things. Guppies should live about 3-5years so something is seriously wrong whether they are constantly dying
Best conception not too.
I want to set up a brackish hose aquarium, is within professional oblige?   Is it immoral to own these?   Stupid pet store, gotta generate it up to my tort?Help?   Can somebody help out me beside my the creeps of touching fish?
