Can image shrimp tolerate saline?
I plan on getting some ghost shrimp for my 10-gallon tank with 4 2-inch molly fish within it. I've heard that they make great bottom cleaners. however, I've heard that they can't tolerate ANY aquarium saline. Is this true?
Answers: Ghost shrimp seem like the perfect preference, except for one problem. If you have shrimp, you CANNOT use ANY salt. EVER.
Unless you want to exterminate them, in which case, use the salt.
I would start beside maybe 5, see how things go from there.
