Do you contemplate its ok whether i build a stand for my fist container?

its a Oceanic Bio Cube size 29 the stands are kinda rich do you think its safe if i only build a stand myself?

you can just be extra careful that it is sturdy...

i would propose buying a small sturdy wooden desk or end table from value city furniture or big lots furniture.
that is road cheaper than those stands that are just as expensive as the fish tank kits!
MAKE SURE IT IS REALLY STEADY CUZ U KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF IT IS NOT STEADY. BUT THAT SEEMS LIKE A GOOD IDEA. I LIKE IT HOW U ARE THAT COMITITED TO YOUR FISH TANKS. WAHOO, TO U. WELL ENJOY UR FISH TANK.

Sure..If you are skilled in carpentry..It is always nice to enjoy something custom made..and stained or painted as you would like it.You can then make it as high or short or as long as you would like..good luck and have fun crafting your stand

I think its a great view to build a stand. Just make sure it very exceptionally sturdy. I'm sure you wouldn't enjoy it collapsing into your floor. That would be a horrible mess.

Answers:    Yeah you can do it. My girlfriend and I built a stand for our 55 gal. We used 4x4s for the legs and 2x4s for the supports. you could probably get away with 2x4s adjectives the way around. if i had to do it over again i would probably degree everything out and get a regular saw to cut the 4x4s a circular saw will NOT cut through a 4x4. go for it, it will be a heck of a lot smaller number than a bio cube stand and you will have something to be proud of :) here is what we ended up near
