Give it time. Also adding carbon and/or puragin. Puragin is a fiter medium you can find it online or at local petsmart etc.

Answers:    Well, first you stop typing in such a ridiculously annoying way. Then, take the driftwood out of your cistern, do a 25% water change. Boil the driftwood for around 6-8 hours to leech out the tannins that will alteration the color of the water. Do another water change of just about 25% a few days later, then put the driftwood back surrounded by. Then just let it sit until it clears up. Carbon filter media also help remove the tannins from your tank water.
