Enough filter for my 55 gallon fish cistern?

I have in total 600 gph filtering surrounded by my 55 gallon fish tank. Is this enough for my wolf fish, oscar fish, 2 blood parrots, and a pink convict?
Answers:    Im not certain. What is your filter rated? Thats how you can tell. I dont know how many times a filter is supposed to turn your cistern in an hour.

The oscar is going to need 75 gallons as he grows. The blood parrots will also inevitability that. The convict will be eaten by the wolffish. And the wolffish (if its the common one, hoplias malabaricus) grows to 20 inches and will need at lowest possible a 150 gallon tank BY HIMSELF. Wolffish cannot live with any other fish without impair being done.
The size of the fish aspect has been answered.
As for this reservoir the filter is cycling the water almost 11 times in 1 hour so I meditate thats pretty good.
