Feeding my fish..?

i have a mosquito fish (basically a see through guppy) i have goldfish pellets to nurture him but he wont eat it
anything i can find in a fridge (nothing obscure) that a mosquito fish would like NO MOSQUITOES ITS WINTER THEIR NOT COMING
What are these pests within my fish...
