Fish quiz! First one to grasp 100% win 10 points?
Okay here is a fish quiz to test what you know...these were "invented" by fish man so I give him full credit but I required to try making one lol...All the answers are a specific fish...
The first few questions are easy-ish:
1. People put me in bowls, when I really should be kept in a 20 gallon cistern. What am I?
2. I am named after a USA coin and I am related to piranhas. What am I?
3. I am see-through, and my dorsal fin is so small it is nearly impossible to see. I have two long "whiskers" what am I?
4. I chomp through algae but stay only 2 inches long. I need to be in a fixed cycled tank, and do best in groups of 5 or more. I am NOT a chinese hillstream loach. What am I?
5. I can get nippy when not kept surrounded by a group. I am neither a characin nor a danio, and I am named after a cat. What am I?

Answers: 1. I assume the answer is Goldfish, even though Common/Comet varieties really need considerably more than 20 gallons as they will win much too large. Fancy Goldfish, final answer. :)
2. Silver Dollar (any fish in the genus Metynnis).
3. Glass Catfish (Kryptopterus species).
4. Otocinclus species, though I suppose you could also be an Amano Shrimp.
5. Tiger Barb (Puntius tetrazona).
6. Dwarf Puffer (Carinotetraodon travancoricus or imitator).
7. The Four-Eyed Fish (Anableps genus).
8. Clown Knife (Chitala ornata)... I LOLed when I figured this one out...
9. Celestial Pearl Danio (Celestichthys margaritatus).
10. Mudskipper? Apple Snail? Polyperus species? Actually, adjectives of the above work. :) EDIT: I just went through the hints (not a fan of unreasonable advantages), and the only Goby is the Mudskipper.
