HELP! GOT ANGEL FISH WITH A WHITE EYE, LOOKS LIKE IT'S GONNA POP OUT?

This is is my first (and last) saltwater tank. What is this problem and is it contagious? His color doesn't look good, either. :(
your fish might hold a "popeye" due to unsuitable living conditions. it shouldn't be contagious. saltwater tanks are really hard to maintain. you should start beside a freshwater tank.

well, i am honestly not sure, but my aunt have a dog and she was blind in one eye and it wasa milky white, i dont know if a fish could be blind, i certain it can though, unsure about the whole color thing
