Help! I own bubbles?

I found a group of tiny bubbles next to my aquatic plant. I tried to pop them but they would not pop. What are these bubbles?
Yeah maybe they are eggs or SUPER BUBBLES!!
What else is within the tank? Snails? Maybe the bubbles are snail eggs.
If you have a male Betta, it's a polite sign; they blow saliva-covered bubbles to make a 'bubble-nest' when they're feeling happy and out of harm`s way.
Maybe it's just condensation of gasses from a newly-arrived plant in your tank? Plastic plant, or live plant? What sort? Floating, or planted?
Hard to reply a question with so little info.
