HELP! INJURED FISH! What do I do??

I just came home and found that my 1 yr dated Sarassa has a deep wound on one side. She has red meat slack out of a cut on her side and her tail looks tattered. I recently added 2 fish which I just removed (never have a problem for 1 yr prior to adding them) and I also did a partial water change. She is lately sitting at the bottom and not swimming or eating. I am silly attached to these fish! Please tell me what to do? Is in attendance a possibility she will make it?? She seems so out of it :-(
Yes move her to her own reservoir. The other fish could of hurt her. Good Luck hope she gets better! -Samantha :)

There is a great opportunity that she will make it make shure she is in the reservoir by herself dont add any fish and also do a little research and see if the fish you added are harmfull to respectively other sometimes that is the case and no one noes

Answers:    They must own gotten into a fight... how else could she have got hurt?

I would propose moving her to a confinement tank and feeding her the inner inner part of a pea, it clears out their system and will aid her recover. Feed her, and put her in warmer marine than usual, it will also help her recover.
She could make it, basically be very careful!
