Help! is my fish dying?
today i found one of my goldfish just kinda lying at the bottom of the aquarium - he seems to be breathing slowly and is almost not moving he's also lying more on its side like on one side
i placed him in a new environment beside new fresh water and food to see if he get active again
capably did u put all the chemicals in the water within the new fish tank?
did u let the hose down cycle through and let bacteria grow?
did u take some of the dampen from the old tank and put it in the foreign tank while transporting?
try going to a pet store and asking
hope this helps XD
one of my goldfish recently did that then they pulled out of it be ok for a month then died, keep them away from other fish and plants and rework the water every 3 days, the temp (sounds odd for goldfish because they dont usually care) is to hot or to cold. also examine for swelling in its eyes. it may have also just swallowed a rock which is terrifically common and its trying to digest it. dont clean the water stick your finger contained by it to see if its hot or cold see how it feels keep it absent from plants for now any questions mail me at pwnage658(a)Yahoo.com
So how is he doing in the other tank?
One of my corys were doing that after i get it.. I went to flush it down the toilet.. I put in a cup for like 5 minutes next to no water before and then i put within the toilet and it started swimming, i put it back in the tank the subsequent day it died.. so. i dunno..
maybe you have an ammonia bloom
Maybe another fish attacked it
Answers: What are your water parameters? This should other be the first thing you check when you have fish that are not looking well. You could own an increase in ammonia. If so, you need to get that beneath control, otherwise your fish are all going to start to die one by one.
he might of swallowed a rock or is having babies
if ur fish is abnormally shiny, sry but shes dying. whether not, just leave her. DONT CHANGE WATER OR CLEAN THE TANK THAT WILL UPSET HER AND MAKE HER NERVOUS
