Help! my betta is dying?

I've had a male betta for about nine months very soon, ad until about a week ago he was without blemish healthy, eating, flaring, making bubble nests, you know... the usual. He is in a 2 gallon reservoir with a heater and a filter. Well last week he started to be non interested surrounded by food, and staying on the bottom of the tank. Its been a week and he is no better. I tried fungus clear with no relieve. I have fought fin rot since I purchased him, even though his water is filtered, and I use conditioner, and verbs his water every week. There is never any left over food in his container. His fins look ragged and he has some discolored places on his face and body.

HELP! :) Poor Hank is a gunfighter! But I dont know how much longer he can make it!

Answers:    I'm sorry about your betta.

but bettas are tough little fish, and Hank should make it fine.

what to do:

1) win medication for fin rot immediately

2) do 25 % water changes more normally. rinse all the accessories too. for example, if you silver water once a week now change the marine 2-3 times instead, or if you want Hank to get well hurriedly, every other day.

good luck
Maybe your house is too cold even with the heater.
