hi im not completely sure about how big they get but from what i hear is maxium 5 inches to 6 inches. it wouldnt hurt if you put another shark in! from personal refrences i would get rid of the pelco and carry a phecustomous and like 3 snails. that way you can have resembling 2 more fish!!
hope i helped :-)
Red tailed sharks and loaches will get along good.
But whether you get more then one shark the will be ok if you enjoy plenty of room for them to hide because they can be Territorial, otherwise just get one because soon after they grow one may become bigger and be a bully.
Red tailed sharks swim from the middle to the bottom of your aquarium and generally get about 14 cm but can get to be 17 cm.
They are legally active and wont generely hide in the posterior of your aquarium.
Answers: The rule next to red tail sharks is 1 per aquarium. So I would only get 1. I also agree that you should take pay for the tin foils they get huge.
