HELP needed near goldfish?

I came home today and her mouth be swollen
it sort of makes her head seem longer and big plenty to fall off her body

she tries drinking water/eating but is unsuccessful
her gills are wider than usual, seem swollen
and they unfurl so much i can see a shade of orange/red inside
her water is fresh, clean

I have Jungle treatment for Ich should I use it? I'm really worried
It's her feed time right now but if she can't eat.afterwards she can't.what do I do?.

i've had her for 3 years now
i think she's 3 or 4 years mature

Jungle treatment? I use it for my betta because its for both fish
I used jungle last week cause she had ick...she recovered
I suggest she's sick again?

she already bent over in a U shape, then recovered and is now conflict to stay alive
there's something white on the bottom of her chin area
and something red at the bottom of her head
a red spot.
What liberal of tank is the fish in? It sounds like it could be a gill problem, or even severe ammonia burns cause the red ness around the gills and the problems (FYI fish don't drink water - but gasping at the surface is a sign that there's a problem with the water).

What kind of reservoir is the fish in and what are the water parameter readings? Ich prescription would be useless to treat this problem. Do a partial water change and see if that help the fish at all for the time being. If it is that the gill tissue has be burnt by ammonia - this is unfortunately irreparable.
Check the PH levels...
Answers:    The red spot is probably an infection of some sort, the white on the bottom of the chin is natural, most pet fishes own their underbellies white (from tail to head, underparts).
Her gills have swollen due to parasites, chlorine, infections or the marine is too hard for her. To reduce the water strength, try to add a few specks of sugar.
To get rid of excess chlorine, just use some of those chemicals that get rid of them. To cure the infections, get a liquid that heals the gills and scales while getting rid of chlorine at indistinguishable time. You can find those liquids at petsmart.
For most regular goldfishes, their lifespan is about 5 years unless its in REALLY fitting care, which is about 7. Your fish could be dying of age, but I doubt it.
Red Clawed Crab and Dwarf African Frog?   Convicts shredding angelfish?   What LED would replace a 250w Metal Halide?   I'm considering starting a breeder reservoir next to any guppy or goldfish feeder fish which would be better?
