Help On What to Feed Bettas?

Okay now i have ANOTHER Question about Bettas Again ;D

Errr.. What should i nurture my Bettas?
I've Been feeding them Hikari Freeze Dried Bloodworms daily.
Is this okay?
Other betta foods i have are.

- Betta Bites

- Fish Flakes

- Freeze Dried Plankton

If not later what should i feed my bettas?
Every single time i try to feed my Bettas Betta Bites and Fish Flakes They wont eat them. They single eat bloodworms.
"Kylie Ann" has the answered this perfectly, I can't think of anything to affix to what shet mentioned, so please listen to her answer.

For my own bettas, I feed them betta flakes and betta pellets as their main diet and freeze dried bloodworms and freeze dried brine shrimp once a week respectively. Occassionally I feed them TetraVeggie Algae Crisps (I'm surprised my bettas like these as bettas are carnivorous fish).
It might be bad to eat freeze dried plankton because it might do them to have a diease.

Now you have fish flakes and betta bites. I approve both betta bites and fish flakes.

But you shouldn't feed the betta hikari freeze dried bloodworms because it may also impose a disease.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO SEE WHICH ONE IS THE BETTA'S FAVORITE:

1.) Hide behind a chair or something. Put in the container a pile of fish flakes and betta bites. You famous the Betta only ate bloodworms. So let's make sure.

2.)Calculate the times it eat at. Then hide for half an hour.

3.)Then see which one is most eaten. Then try feed that everyday.
beta bites, I feed my beta beta bites.
bettas love bloodworms, and they are good as you can control the amount of protein they go and get. Bloodworms are 100% fine for your betta, and usually once you feed it to them they get hooked :)
Answers:    all freeze dried bloodworms is not great.. stop feeding him blood worms and just offer him the pellets until he eats them. this may help yourself to a week or two but he will NOT starve. once he's started eating the pellets for a week you can give him blood worms once or twice a week.

aw, I have a sorority but some female had a terrible disease (that did not show up within my 2 week quarantine) and the whole tank died :(

I'm currently working on a sorority for my friend as a gift and within the spring starting up another sorority for myself :)

same deal. they won't starve I promise. if they absolutely REFUSE to put away pellets at least get frozen foods, blood worms and brine shrimp are great and hold more nutrients then the freeze dried.
When i had bettas i feed them the flakes
