Help! son in recent times dumped full container of fish food surrounded by aquairium?
few different kinds of fish, lots of food, dont know anything about this aquarium, cant get ahold whether husband... what should i do?
Scoop out as much of the food as possible beside fish nets. Does your husband use a syphon to get out fish food? The tank will requirement it's substrate vacuuming to get out waste food - manky food will cause the dampen to go bad.
Keep that food locked away out of conquer from little curious people!

Vacum up all the food you can next to net and gravel vac, but you will probably need to remove most of the water to go and get it all.
But personally I would net the fish out, do a 100% marine change, rinse out the gravel and filter media in verbs treated tap water and refill the cistern with warm treated tap sea.
Yes it may stress the fish, but if you leave much of that food in the container it will rot quickly and the fish will be dead by tomorrow.
100% water transmutation is a small risk (and WONT loose the tanks cycle). Leaving them in fish food soup = 100% fatal.

Like others voice, net out what you can, siphon out the rest.
If you let your little one feed the container, try giving a pre-neasured container of food. I find that the little paper condiment cups at many fast food restaurants work capably.
imedietly use a siphon to dig suck the excess food. or use a net to serving spoon out at much possible gunk there is, or do an immediete water change. this will help out. take out fish immedietly, they could over-eat and get warts and disease. put them adjectives in another tank. then verbs out water and wait about 30 minutes.
Take the fish lattice and scoop the food out. Some fish will eat themselves to death, so try and catch most of it out. Good luck!
use a net to scoop out as much as you can. Then when it has adjectives settled get your gravel cleaner out and suck it all up.
What a waste of dutiful food. My freaking dog eats my fish food if I leave it out.

Answers: HI there, don't panic. My daughter did that ones too. She decided to nurture them while I was getting ready to do the water adaptation. I merely scooped up most of it with the net and then I did my 20% dampen change by using the gravel vac. My fish were fine. Many people voice fish would eat themselfs to death, but it is just a myth. All I did be waited another three days and did another gravel vac water change of 20% and adjectives was good. My daughter got such a fright she have never touched the food since.
