How do I hold my betta from intake adjectives of the bloodworms?

I have an ADF - African Dwarf Frog with my betta and they get along swimingly (pun intended). Anyway, I nurture them both fresh bloodworms but the stupid betta always eats them adjectives before my ADF can get to them! I'm also afraid my betta is going to gorge himself to departure. Any suggestions? Thanks for reading!
While most of these suggestions are fitting, you don't really need to buy sinking pellets. Get a pippette or eyedropper, and suck up some bloodworms from whatever cup you dissolve them in. While the betta is eating his, squirt some right in front of the ADF.
you could try to separate them during feeding time. the betta will most likely get it first since their efficient eaters while adf are very slow at finding their food, but also like to get food by surprise (stalk their pray). im not certain how you would separate them everyday. maybe get a divider and use it whenever it's time to eat and help yourself to it out when their done eating. you wouldnt want your betta to get to much food and the adf to get to little to munch through.
Answers:    When I had an ADF, I would encounter the same issue with him not man able to get the food.

So what I ended up doing be using a straw and placing it into the water near him and dropping his pellets surrounded by there. They would sink to the end of the straw and drop right in front of him.
Bloodworms will work too whether you drop the worms with water down the straw.

Another method I have used is to web my betta who was with my ADF and feed the frog. I find it more stressful on the fish though and used the straw method normally.
You have 2 options
1.Overfeed them, put more bloodworms than recommended
2. Find a mode to get the blood worms to the ADF and betta, Straw, Sinking Pellet, Seperate them, feed them at different times, buy another tank

Now you choose the sensible soloution
Buy some sinking pellet. Feed the beta as you would normally by dropping the food in one corner of the tank absent from where the ADF. When the Beta start eating drop you sinking pellet right above the ADF. Your beta will be too busy chomp through his food to go after the sinking pellet dropped for the ADF.
