How long does ich concluding?

yesterday, we found the beginning of small specks on our flame angel in our 55g tank. we also own shrimp, live rock, hermits, and snails in our tank so we didnt want to use the ich treatment. instead, we raise the temperature to about 86. it seemed to work because the flame angel seem completely clean today. i was simply wondering how long we need to keep the temperature at 86 for adjectives the disease to die off. thanks guys
I suggest to keep it at 86 for about 3 days.
the lifespan of ich varies the time spent as the tell story specks on fish is about 2-3 days, at which time they break out of the bump, find a surface to attach to, and split into duplicates of themselves (several hundred of them) then swim around for up to 2 days trying to find a host.

the only time they are adjectives to medication it in the free-swimming stages, but heat will kill them any time. they should die out surrounded by a few days
Answers:    Unfortunately the ich parasite is not dead within the tank. Just by raising the temperatures will not massacre ich. It will speed up the life cycle but the cycle now that the ich parasite has fall off your fish is still in the tank and unmarked ones hatching on the floor. Salt water ich is not like fresh dampen ich and can take up to 21 day to totally rid the tank. Allowing the parasite to save reproducing will keep it in the tank longer.

A minimum of 14 days is needed to ensure within are no more outbreaks. 21 to really be on the safe side.

Due to you having inverts, ruby reef makes a great brackish water ich treatment. Called kick-ich. Really it is worth using.
