I enjoy a huge Black Moor. He is slothful, not ingestion, and have nippy gill movement. I am stressed!! HELP?

I tested the h2O and all within range. The other goldfish surrounded by the tank are hanging around him, like they know something is wrong. His stool is clear. Can I stop the temp in the tank to decrease nippy gill movement??

Answers:    Try and decrease the temp. If that doesn't work, it sounds like he is stressed. Are the others nipping him?
