I own a Betta next to a tumor surrounded by his stomach. ?

He's to the point he can't hold himself upright and lays on the bottom of the tank and is not eating. How do I humanely put him out of his distress?

you should try freezing him.put a bunch of ice cubes in his reservoir
I think that the most humane way would be a efficient death, so something like giving him to a dog or cat to eat. If you don't hold other pets, put him in a water-proof bag with some aquarium marine, and put the bag into a freezer.
Answers:    Not to worry fish lack nerves and most likely your betta is in recent times going to pass away peacefully. For the meantime lower the water stratum so he can get some surface oxygen
