Is my 55 gallon too crowded?

I have 2 clown loches, 1 tiger loach, 1 red tail loach, a pleco, 2 crayfish, 3 tin foil barbs, 3 Gouramis and 2 danios all below 3"
also will the crayfish bother my other fish?
This depends on the sizes of your fish. The basic rule of thumb is one inch of fish per gallon of water. So, whether you have 55 inches of fish, you pretty much equal tank capacity. The other entity is, plecos tend to produce more waste than other fish. Was the under 3" for all of the fish? If so, consequently you're well under limit. If some are over, you may be getting close.
Yes you are overcrowded.

The Clown Loaches grow up to a foot long, and 2 shouldn't be in a cistern less than 90 gallons.

Depending on the species of Pleco, the majority of them grow up to a foot long, maybe even longer.

Tin Foili Barbs grow up to a foot and a half and 3 shouldn't be within a tank less than 150 gallons (that may be even small).

The Tiger Loach grows up to 9-10", and may need a slight upgrade within the future.

The Red Tail Loach, Crayfish, Gouramis, and Danios are ok (unless the Gourami is a Giant Gourami).
Answers:    Depending on the species of the pleco and the crawdads, yes. Plecs can get up to 18 inches long and crawdads grow large as well.

The crawdads (or crayfish) will try to fence in and eat your fish, and as they grow larger they can seriously injure or kill any fish that spends time resting anywhere they can reach, close to the loaches or the plec. The fish can also in turn harass the crayfish.
