My kissing fish looks close to its in the region of to die?

please help! I thought she was dead so i tried to remove her from my container but she starte to wiggle. Her eye looks funny and she is still making kissing motions. She is at least 5 years old. I really dont want her to die or be surrounded by pain please help!

And any other relevent info you can think of.

When you say her eye looks funny what do you imply?
