U must check the nitrate, nitrite, ph and ammonia. By the sounds of it, your tanks ammonia and nitrite level are too high. Also u said that there are worm like things covering the chalice, this is definately a type of parasite. Parasites will kill your fish. Your best option is to do a major marine change to set things right...good luck and hope this helps
Answers:    Your tank is NOW where near cycled. It will rob a minimum of 6 weeks to cycle a salt tank. Secondly you have 5 fish and other creatures contained by the tank. WAY too much too soon here. More than likely your tank is overloaded on ammonia at this point. Snails are the first to dance.

Have you tested your water? You need to have a try-out kit on hand and not rely on the pet store. Water change right now.

What has happened, salt tank take longer to develope beneficial bacteria. As compaired to a fresh reservoir, you are pretty much at day 3 here. Adding your fish and especially 5 at one time in such a small amount of river exposes them to the high ammonia content.

spaghetti worms are the worms you are seeing. Peppermint shrimp should take care of them speedily.

The water is turning green due to an algae bloom. Too much going on at one time here.

Test your water.
test water:
PH
nitrite
nitrate
ammonia

after water transform
