Neon Tetras Information?

I have a 10 gallon tank. How many neon tetras should I put contained by there without it becoming to crazy? Also, how do I kind them the happiest so they can reproduce? Any ideas?

Answers:    5 being the least because they are schooling fish and i would say-so 7 at most, you need some free space and make sure the cistern loos like the amazon river, as they originate there. To cause them reproduce, raise the temp. to 78-80 and make the water slightly sharp.

About 6 or 7 is the most I would put in there. You will need LOTS of plants. And I'm not comparatively sure if they will breed in such a small cistern, maybe, I'm sure it's been done earlier.
